Small goals and steps, gives confidence. Do you know how to be your own biggest fan? When you have a goal and you take a small step to achieve your goal, then reward yourself. It’s that easy. But..but what if I have a set back or I worry about the bad that follows the good? Ok, our brains are hard wired for that thinking. It’s exhausting isn’t? It’s a survival thing. But that doesn’t stop the celebration of one step towards your goal.
